Yes. We evaluate the current resume, suggest what's worth changing, and help adapt it for specific positions. This is included in the free service
By matching the real requirements of the position — technical and team-related. We don't send resumes in bulk. If we recommend you — it means we think you're a fit
When presenting to an employer we only share professional information: skills, experience, stack. Instead of your full name we use first name and first letter of last name. Full personal data is only shared with your direct consent and only at the final stage. In some cases we can't disclose the employer's name in advance — but we always tell you about the project, tasks and conditions
